- Lo metemos al horno a 200°C hasta que se haga el arroz.
- Cuando hayan cogido corteza les damos la vuelta

- Cuando el arroz ya esté listo vamos a preparar la salsa para echarla por encima
- Unas 4-5 cucharada de yogur natural y un huevo y lo mezclamos

- Lo vamos poniendo por encima de los pimientos, dejamos que se gratine y ya estaría listo
