El fondo de la sartén tendrá un poco de la harina que hemos utilizado lo cual nos ayudará a engordar la salsa. Sofreímos la cebolla, el pimiento verde y cuando ya esté, añadimos un bote pequeño de pimiento de piquillo. He utilizado unas 8-10 piezas de pimiento junto con parte del jugo de la conserva. Si vemos que está muy espesa a pesar de todi, echamos un poco de agua
