La idea es que apenas se doren así que si eso ocurre y todavía no están tiernas, bajar la tempreratura del fuego.
- Añadir la carne picada y mezclarla con el resto de los ingredientes. Ayúdate de una cuchara de madera para ir separándola y que no quede pegada en trozos grandes. Incorporar los condimentos.
