- En una sartén poner un poco del aceite de dorar las albóndigas y la mantequilla. Dejar derretir a fuego suave

- Añadir el vino, dejar evaporar el alcohol


- Añadir el caldo con la maizena y las albóndigas


- Dejar a fuego suave que espese la salsa y se terminen de hacer las albóndigas

- Emplatar y servir recién hecho
