  4. Cada 15 minutos vais removiendo con la varilla.
  5. Cuando pasen las 2 horas, a mi me gusta meter la turmix y darle dos o tres toques para que quede más melosa la salsa.
  6. Cocemos la pasta y la añadimos a la salsa.
  7. Y ya estaaaa! Espolvoreamos con más orégano y/o queso rallado.
