- Picar muy pequeña la cebolla y sofreír. Agregar luego el morrón también muy pequeño, integrar bien, después los tomates sin semillas, en cuadraditos. Dividir en 2 partes.
- Una parte se mezcla con el puré de zapallo, además se agrega ambas latas de choclo, calentar e integrar por 5’. Luego apagar el fuego agregar el huevo o las yemas. Y condimentar con sal y pimienta. Reservar

- La otra porción del sofrito, en la cacerola al fuego, se agrega la carne, y revolver hasta integrar bien, que cambie el color. Condimentar con sal pimienta y comino. Retirar, agregar las pasas de uvas y aceitunas picadas más los huevos duros picados.

- En una fuente de horno. Colocar la carne, por encima distribuir el zapallo y terminar con queso rallado.



- Al horno 180*, hasta dorar 25-30’.
