  4. Añadimos los ajos picados y los tomates cortados a daditos en la sartén. Subimos el fuego (fuego fuerte) y añadimos una cucharada sopera de aceite y otra de salsa se soja. Dejamos que reduzca todo el líquido (tardará unos 8-10 minutos).
  5. Cortamos a cuadrados de 2 cm aprox. las Setas. Y las añadimos a la sartén.
  6. Ponemos las albóndigas en la sartén e incorporamos el caldo de carne y esperamos a que empieza a hervir. Una vez el contenido de la sartén hierva, removemos un poco y dejamos a fuego medio unos 10 minutos a fuego medio.
  7. Cuando el caldo haya reducido a la mitad, añadimos el Quesito y removemos para que integre toda la salsa. Y dejamos 2-3 minutos más.
  8. Dejamos reposar fuera del fuego unos 15 minutos y listo!!
