  4. Disolvemos la levadura y añadimos la harina (trigo o por ejemplo mezcla de trigo y centeno) y la sal.
  5. Amasamos hasta formar una bola y la dejamos reposar en el bol cubierta con un paño durante una hora.
  6. Extendemos la masa dividida en dos planchas: una más grande para el fondo y los laterales del molde y otra más pequeña para la tapa.
  7. Montamos la masa en el molde pinchando un poco la base y añadimos el relleno, mejor ya frío. Cubrimos con la tapa, cerramos uniendo con un poco de huevo batido ambas planchas de la masa y pintamos la tapa, haciendo un pequeño agujero en el centro.
  8. Horneamos con el horno precalentado a 200° durante media hora, hasta que la masa esté bien dorada y esperamos a que atempere para desmoldar.
