- 4 puré de tomate en caja 500 gr
- Carne cuadrada o lomo a gusto
- Sal gruesa

- Después le pones la carne en trozos para que se dore


- Cuando está dorada la carne agregas la carne picada


- Cuando están las carnes cocinadas le agregas puré de tomate (los 4 purés de tomate)


- Después se agrega agua caliente a una de las cajas de puré hasta la mitad de la caja y se lo echa a la olla

- Una vez hierve el tuco se lo deja una hora pasada a fuego muy mínimo


- Observaciones:
*Si cocinas aparte la carne no toma gusto
*Si la sal la echas después se pone ácido el tuco y si la echas muy antes se aguachenta todo
*Si le pones salchicha parrillera es mejor hervirla antes y la tiras con la carne picada
