  1. Cortar la proteína elegida en agua con sal y alguna salsa de tu preferencia. Yo lo hice con solo sal. Cuando ya esté cocinado guardar el caldo, su usará para después. Y dejar dorar un poco la proteína.
  2. Calentar la pasta siguiendo las instrucciones de esta, normalmente 100 ml por 100 granos de pasta. Cuando ya haya hervido apagar, colocar la pasta y tapar. Aproximadamente 7 minutos y luego escurrir en un colador.
  3. Picar la cebolla larga (cebollín) y el ajo.
  4. Dorar los langostinos. Yo los cocine en agua hasta que está se evaporó totalmente, luego agregué una cucharadita de paprika en polvo pero es opcional.
  5. En un wok (un sartén grande también sirve) agregar el aceite y cuando ya esté en su punto agregar la cebolla y el ajo, saltear por 2 minutos. Luego agregar la proteína y dejar dorar por dos minutos.
  6. Agregar los langostinos, el zumo de limón y el caldo de la proteína, dejar por un minuto y agregar los huevos batidos, saltear por 3 minutos o hasta que los huevos estén ya cuajados.
  7. Triturar o machacar el ingrediente crujiente (en mi caso maní moto, no sé cómo se llame en sus países), también se puede usar almendras o maní normal. Luego agregarlos al wok y revolver por 2 minutos.
  8. Y ya servir y comer 😅😅. Se puede adornar con rodajas de limón, ramitas de cilantro, o con tiritas de cebolla larga o con más ingrediente crujiente, como a mí no me gusta mucho el cilantro ni la cebolla no les puse. 😅😅
