- Para armar la torta: cortamos el bizcochuelo en 2 o 3 capas, ponemos dulce de leche entre ellas y luego con el merengue cubrimos la superficie de la torta, decoramos con el merengue en manga, realizando triángulos, y luego decoramos a gusto con las golosinas, en los costados dulce de leche y cubrir con waffles, los que quedan bien firmes y pegaditos, por último colocar una cinta de regalo y hacer una moña.
